  • A delivery charge of ৳100 applies (may vary depending on location).

  • There are no hidden charges.

3. Order Process

  • Customers must provide an accurate name, address, and phone number when placing an order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in order delay or cancellation.

  • After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team.

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

  • Additional digital payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, or others may be added in the future.

5. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver products nationwide across Bangladesh.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Our delivery personnel may contact you before arrival.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a wrong product, or

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The size is completely mismatched (depending on the product category).

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Used, worn, or washed products are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • All return or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we delivered a wrong or damaged product.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.

  • Once the product has been shipped, order cancellation is not possible.
